processing & shipping times
orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days for ready-made items.
bags and baby items may take 3-5 business days, as some pieces are made to order.
all items will be shipped as soon as they are ready. delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

shipping rates
shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

international shipping
for orders outside south africa, please contact us at info@oleamade.co.za to discuss shipping options.

materials used
our baby items are made with natural cotton for breathability and comfort, and many of our products use recycled materials wherever possible.

returns & exchanges
we accept returns only if an incorrect or defective item is received. you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of the issue. customers are responsible for sending the item back to us; we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

returns for change of mind are not accepted. exchanges or store credit are offered instead. gift cards cannot be returned.
