how long does shipping take?

please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared. some baby items and bags may be made to order.

once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location within south africa. you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.


do you ship internationally?

we are currently based in south africa.

if you are ordering from outside south africa, please email us at info@oleamade.co.za and we can discuss international shipping options.


what is your return policy?

due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

we only accept returns if you received the incorrect item or if your item arrived damaged.

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo proof. approved returns must be sent back at the customer’s expense. once received and inspected, we will send a replacement or issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

we do not offer refunds.


how can i track my order?

once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.


what payment methods do you accept?

we securely process payments through payfast. available payment methods will be shown at checkout and may include major debit and credit cards, instant eft, and other options supported by payfast.


what materials do you use?

we thoughtfully choose our materials with care.

many of our pieces incorporate recycled materials where possible. for baby items, we use natural cotton for its breathability, softness, and comfort against delicate skin. cotton is gentle, durable, and allows airflow, making it ideal for little ones.


how do i care for my piece?

to keep your piece looking its best, we recommend gentle hand washing in cool water and laying flat to dry. avoid harsh detergents and tumble drying, as this may affect the shape and texture of the fibres.

care instructions may vary slightly depending on the item, so please refer to the product description for specific guidance.


are all pieces exactly the same?

each olea piece is handmade, which means slight variations may occur. this is part of the beauty of handcrafted work.

some pieces are one-of-one and will not be restocked. others may be available in limited quantities or with custom options such as colour variations.
