returns & exchanges
due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
we only accept returns if you received the incorrect item or if your item arrived damaged.
please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue.
to be eligible for a return, you must provide clear photo proof of the incorrect or damaged item along with your order number or proof of purchase.

if your return request is approved, we will provide instructions along with the return location.
returns must be sent back by the customer and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
damages and issues
please inspect your order when it arrives.
if your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof so we can review the issue and make it right.
exchanges and store credit
once your return is received and inspected, we will either:

send a replacement item at no additional shipping cost.

issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card if a replacement is not available.
